Reheating your meal
Everything is cooked fresh and frozen the same day. Find your dish below and follow the steps for the best results.
| Method | Frozen meals | Noodle soup |
|---|---|---|
Microwave | Remove the lid. Heat on medium-high for 2–3 minutes, stir, then heat another 1–2 minutes until hot throughout. | Remove the lid. Microwave the noodles and meat for 1 minute until warm. In a separate container, microwave the broth until it comes to a boil. Combine and serve. |
Stovetop | Add a splash of water to a pan over medium heat. Heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. | Bring the broth to a boil on the stove. Add the noodles and meat, let sit for 15 seconds, then remove immediately. Serve right away. |
Tips
- →Thaw frozen meals overnight in the fridge for faster, more even reheating.
- →Add a splash of water if the rice looks dry.
- →Heat meals until the internal temp reaches 165°F.
- →Don't overheat noodles — a quick warm keeps their texture.
